I have read the Pageant Rules and Regulations of the West Virginia’s State Pageant. I acknowledge that all information that I have provided is true and accurate as of this date. I further acknowledge that any false information that I have provided, or the improper conduct of my child, can lead to their dismissal from the 2026 WV State Pageant. Quality Productions LLC will have the sole and undisputed right to determine a dismissal, and all decisions will be accepted as final. I agree not to hold the Family, Spectators, or the facility where the pageant is being held liable for injuries or items in my possession that are misplaced during the pageant. No refunds will be given after the deadline. Score sheets will not be given out. Rules & regulations apply. $30 return check fee applies per check. 2026 Winners must attend the 2027 West Virginia State Pageant for the crowning ceremony.

You or your sponsors may choose from any of the following. It's a way to help them advertise their businesses and give back to them, and help their businesses grow, so they can continue to support you!

Advertising Costs:
• Full Page (8.5” wide X 11” tall)…..$100.00

• Half page (8.5” wide X 5.5” tall)….$60.00

*Program books will be 8.5 x 11’’ and in high gloss color
*Artwork should be 300dpi or higher, PDF or JPEG file type
